Getting startedEvery application you send has a status, visible on your "My applications" page. Posters update it as they review candidates, and you get a notification whenever it changes.
The four statuses
- Pending: the poster has not made a call yet. You can see whether they have at least viewed your application.
- Shortlisted: you made their short list. Expect a Discord message or a decision soon.
- Accepted: you got the role. This also awards you 40 XP.
- Declined: this one did not work out. Your answers stay private and your level is unaffected.
Withdrawing an application
Found something else, or changed your mind? Hit "Withdraw" on any application. The poster is notified, your answers and resume are removed from their view, and the XP that application earned is returned.
Withdrawing is not a strike against you. You can apply to the same listing again later if it is still open.
