Getting startedEvery open role lives on the jobs page. Search by keyword, filter by category or job type (paid, volunteer, or revenue share), and sort by newest, most applicants, or biggest servers.
Applying
Hit "Apply now" on any listing. If the poster set interview questions, you answer them right there. You can also add two optional extras:
- A personal note to the poster, for anything the questions did not cover.
- A resume as a PDF or Word document, up to 5 MB. Only you and the poster can ever download it.
After you apply
Track everything under "My applications" in your dashboard. You can see whether the poster has viewed your application, and if things go quiet you can send one nudge per week to bump yourself back to their attention.
- Posters can mark you as shortlisted, accepted, or declined. The status shows on your applications page, and you get a notification the moment it changes.
- Changed your mind? Withdraw the application any time. The poster is told, and you can re-apply later.
- Applying earns 25 XP, and getting accepted earns another 40.
