The botdiscordjoblist tells you about things worth knowing in two places: the Notifications page in your dashboard, and Discord DMs from our bot.
What triggers a notification
- Someone applies to one of your listings.
- A poster shortlists, accepts, or declines your application.
- An applicant nudges you about an application you have not answered.
- An applicant withdraws their application.
Muting the DMs
Every DM from the bot has a "Mute these pesky notifications" button. One click turns Discord DMs off; in-app notifications keep working so you never miss anything important.
You can turn DMs back on any time under Settings, on the Discord page.
