Managing applicants

What you see per applicant

• Their Discord profile: name, avatar, and username, so you can reach them directly.
• Their level, a quick signal of how active they are on the board.
• Answers to each of your interview questions.
• Their personal note and resume, when they added one. Resumes are private to you and the applicant.

The pipeline

Each application has three buttons: Shortlist, Accept, and Decline. Use them to keep track of where every candidate stands. The applicant is notified when you make a call, and accepting someone awards them bonus XP.

Etiquette

Applicants can see when you have viewed their application, and they can nudge you once a week if things go quiet. A quick yes or no keeps your server's reputation as a good place to work.
